I am a Bath based Naturopathic Nutritional Therapist trained in using detailed case history evaluation, evidence based scientific research alongside personalised nutrition & lifestyle interventions to promote optimal health & prevent chronic disease.

I have recently retrained as a Nutritional Therapist to channel my lifelong passion for in food, nutrition & complementary therapy into my profession. An advocate of an evidence based, science backed approach to wellness & disease prevention – I am continually updating my knowledge & understanding with the latest research, current nutrition literature & lectures from the leading experts in the naturopathic & function medicine disciplines. This field is ever evolving, nuanced & often controversial so a commitment to continued education is essential to be an informed practitioner.

I have also completed training to be able to undertake & analyse a number of functional laboratory tests – including comprehensive hormone analysis & genetic testing with Nordic Labs & Organic Acid Test with Great Plains Laboratory. I am also a DNA Life practitioner.

I am a graduate of the College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM) & a member of British Association of Nutritional Therapist (BANT), the Association of Naturopathic Practitioners (ANP) & Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council (CHNC)
