Nutritional Therapist

A personal health journey brought me to the world of nutrition, functional medicine and holistic health care. Like many others, my twenties and thirties were governed by a demanding, stressful career, a busy social life and starting / raising a family, leaving little time for personal care and wellbeing.

When illness struck, it made me reassess my choices and approach to my own health, and led me to study nutritional therapy and functional testing as a way to rebalance the body and create resilience to future disease.

As a Naturopathic Nutritional Therapist, I want to help others on their health journey to reach their optimal health and feel well, using my deep understanding of how the body’s systems work together and look at the wider health picture to help restore balance.

The impact of nutrition, lifestyle choices, the environment and stress management has never been more evident, and our health depends on the choices we make.

Coupling nutritional therapy with functional testing means that I can really get to the root cause of the health challenges for clients, to give accurate and science-based guidance and advice, and to ground nutritional plans in scientific evidence.

Only by getting to the root cause and addressing imbalance from the inside out, can we truly make long lasting changes to our health.
