I’m Lisa, a registered Nutritional Therapist and Accredited Reflux Practitioner specialising in gut health, IBS and reflux. I work one-to-one with people to understand the root causes of their digestive symptoms, bloating, unpredictable digestion, reflux, fatigue and brain fog, and build a realistic, personalised plan around their life.

Rather than treating symptoms in isolation, I look at the whole picture, digestion, hormones, stress and lifestyle, to understand what’s genuinely driving how you feel. I use functional testing where it’s useful, not as standard, and I don’t believe in rigid meal plans, we work together to find what actually works for your symptoms and your life.
