Nutritional Therapist

As a former professional tennis player, I have a great passion for exercise, mental health and nutrition, and when combined, can produce a strong mind-body connection. I believe in and understand the importance of exercise and the breath, supporting the body to move in a fun and mindful way. My intention is to aid you develop a better relationship with your body in order to find the right balance so that you are able feel restored, revitalised and energised.

In addition to my private practice in North London, I also work as a Nutritional Therapist at The Recovery Centre (TRC), a private Mental Health practice in Knightsbridge, London. I work alongside a wonderful multidisciplinary team with a unique and comprehensive approach, working with clients with various struggles to a place of mental wellbeing. I have also had the pleasure of working amongst a team of Nutritional Therapists and Psychotherapists at The Recover Clinic based in Soho, London, a private clinic specialising in trauma and eating disorders.
