She has studied a range of healing traditions and synthesises Ayurvedic, alchemical and astrological concepts into her practice. Her approach combines science and biochemistry with an understanding of traditional naturopathic techniques to achieve optimum health and wellbeing through herbal medicine, nutritional and lifestyle changes.
She is passionate about empowering people to take their health into their own hands and promoting the knowledge of the wise woman tradition so that herbal medicine is accessible to all for healing.
Izzy also works with private clients, charities and businesses to teach people about how they can feel better using natural medicine.
