GUIDING YOU THROUGH THE PROCESS

Step 1 – Questionnaire & food diary
Prior to your initial consultation, you will be asked to complete a detailed health and nutrition questionnaire and a 3-5 day food diary.

Step 2 – 1.5 hr initial consultation / or longer one-off 2 hr tune-up session.
During your initial consultation, you will be asked detailed questions about current health concerns, symptoms, diagnosis and treatment, medical history, family history, lifestyle, physical activity, medication, supplements and diet.

Step 3 – Nutrition & lifestyle protocol
Using the information gathered during your initial consultation, a personalised, safe and effective nutrition and lifestyle programme will be researched and developed based on your individual requirements. This may include recommendations for functional testing and supplements.

Step 4 – 45 min plan delivery consultation
This is an online or phone follow-up consultation to go through your personalised nutrition and lifestyle plan in detail and ask any questions that you may have.

Step 5 – Checking ins
Your follow-up consultations and check-ins take place as agreed to help you stay on track. These are opportunities to discuss your progress and make any necessary adjustments.
