I qualified as a Nutritional Therapist in 2021. I was motivated to train as I took control of my own Rheumatoid Arthritis through diet, and I wanted to be able to help other people do the same. I have broadened my areas of interest and now work with anyone seeking to improve their health through nutrition. There is nothing I enjoy more than seeing people who have been struggling with long-term health problems start to feel better just by changing the way they eat.
I work from home, most consultations are via Zoom but I am happy to see people face to face if that works better for them.
